Don’t use two words when one word will do. 

“Fibrotic change” isn’t a description. Reticular or linear opacities with honeycombing etc. describe the radiographic findings. 

Aneurysm means dilation. “Aneurysmal dilatation” is redundant, the equivalent of saying “dilated dilatation.”
